We're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our busy smash repair workshop — someone who can handle customer enquiries, manage bookings, and keep the front office operating efficiently.

Coles Autobody Repairs is a well-established, family-owned smash repair business located in Wacol, QLD. We're known for our quality workmanship and a humbled team-focused environment. Our workshop is fast-paced, professional, and customer-driven — and we take pride in making the repair process as smooth as possible for every customer.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service and supporting the daily operations of the business. You'll liaise with customers, insurance companies, estimators, and technicians to ensure repairs run on time and communication stays clear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and manage incoming phone calls and emails
• Schedule vehicle drop-offs, collections, and repair bookings
• Communicate with customers and insurance's regarding repair progress
• Prepare and issue job cards and repair documents
• Support the estimating team with administration and follow-ups
• Maintain the front office area in a clean and professional manner
• Assist with general office administration and data entry tasks

• Previous experience in automotive administration, reception, or customer service
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and job management systems (training provided)
• A friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
