As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Administration/Office Assistant to join our team.
Position Details:
- Role: Administration/Office Assistant
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Duration: Long-term
Responsibilities: As an Administration/Office Assistant at Enlighten Electrical, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Ensuring the reception area is organised and welcoming, greeting visitors with professionalism
- Support HR department with task such as employee onboarding paperwork and maintaining employee records
- Performing data entry tasks using job management software
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Skills Required: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, though not mandatory
- A background in construction reception is highly desired
- Exceptional multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in various computer programs
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
