Job Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time Commercial Administrator to support both our Commercial Team and our Longwall Control and Automation team. This role offers a lot of variety as it involves collaborating with team members both on site and across Australia to ensure contractual arrangements are appropriately executed, as well as coordinating site inductions and refreshers. We are looking for someone who is dynamic with high-levels of attention to detail and solid time management skills as you will need to effectively manage your time to support both teams. This role can be based at either our Wacol site in Brisbane or our Rutherford site in the Hunter Valley.
Key Job Responsibilities
Coordinating and supporting tender submissions
Administration of contracts throughout the negotiation and execution process to ensure that obligations are followed by both employees and customers
Preparation and processing of Purchase Order acknowledgements, Force Majeure notices, security documentation and PPSA registrations
Site inductions for new members of staff and management of six monthly CABA refresher training
Invoicing, time sheeting and general administrative work as required.
Supporting the contracts team with contract management as required

Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum 4 years previous experience in commercial / contract administration, with related qualifications highly desirable
Excellent skills across the Microsoft office suite and previous experience in SAP
Ability to manage time and multi-task with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to work across departments to achieve an objective
A commitment to working safely.
A current driver’s licence.
