We’re excited to present this career opportunity in Truck & Machinery administration and sales. A critical part of the role is to provide exceptional customer care and build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
In this role, you will be immaculately presented with a warm, friendly, and professional can-do attitude.
This versatile role will allow you to showcase your superior administration and customer service skills while supporting a leading Truck & Machinery.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Administration, preparation, and co-ordination of all Trucks, trailers and Machinery listed for sale throughout the entire process - including vendor management and Market research.
- Attending & managing out of office appointments e.g.
- Manage the exchange to settlement period between vendor, buyers, internal departments.
- Building relationships with vendors, buyers, internal stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
- Update client database when required.
- Managing compliance for the team.
- Ad-hoc personal errands for the GM.
- Stock management. List to stock book.
- Registrations & De
- Registration of vehicles
- Back up for Accounts manager to cover annual leave periods. Data entry and basic accounting/bookkeeping.
**What we are looking for**:
- Exceptional customer service for our clients.
- Administrative experience including advanced Word, Excel, and Xero accounting.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask a high volume, fast paced workload.
- Adaptability to changing priorities throughout a day & to be composed and calm under pressure.
- Being proactive & anticipating problems that may appear.
- Strong emotional intelligence with a positive and bright attitude.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong resilience and sense of humour.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
- Working with speed and confidence when making decisions.
- Available to work flexible hours when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
