About the role

The Operations Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administration support to the National Operations Team within the InfraBuild Recycling business. The main focus of the role is data entry, preparation, support and provision of operational reports that are accurate and timely, facilitating better decision making and highlighting opportunities for improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Input machine and equipment information into respective systems, maintaining the integrity of information across all systems
  • Collection and verification of operational data to ensure consistency and availability of accurate and timely information
  • Update operations reporting and distribute to the appropriate groups in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Maintain equipment register including regular condition photos and data
  • Collect and reconcile non-trade material and consignment balances
  • Work with national and state operational teams obtaining and providing information for regular reporting and adhoc comparisons
  • Provide support to the National Operations Team in the role out of new processes, procedures, and changes via creation and updating of quick reference guides.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving system and process efficiency and effectiveness

Essential criteria to be successful:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite with advanced level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Ability to work independently

Desirable criteria:

  • SAP S4 Hana experience
  • Power BI Dashboard reporting experience
