**The Opportunity**

Hitachi Construction Machinery has an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our 3-person OLD Sales Administration team at our Wacol facility, in a permanent full-time position.

This position would suit someone who is dedicated to providing holistic sales administration support, and is also able to provide specific administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives. Reporting to the QLD 4076 Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating the sales administration process, from order receipt through to machine delivery
- Ordering, allocating and managing attachments and other services for machines sales
- Processing equipment transfers and loans
- Assisting with stock takes as required
- Assisting with compiling various Sales reports for the Sales Manager
- Directly assisting the Sales Reps with some of their administrative tasks

**About you - To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- A desire to be part of a team culture, and a natural drive to work with others, share the workload, and stay busy
- Demonstrated experience in an administration position is essential
- Experience supporting moderately complex builds in the capital equipment and earthmoving industry will be a distinct advantage but not essential, as would previous PC Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems/ software’s.
- Excellent time management abilities and attention to detail is critical for this position
