The Opportunity

We have an outstanding opportunity Marketing Executive to join the team, on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Based at Brickworks (Southport) with weekly travel to Gasworks (Newstead), the Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, managing and delivering the centre’s marketing campaigns and communications with a focus on driving centre traffic and retail sales. This is a role with lots of variety, allowing you to leverage your digital, marketing and retailer skills, bringing campaigns to life by driving and delivering:

About You

You are a dynamic and driven marketing professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in retail marketing, events, or customer experience—ideally within a shopping centre environment. You will bring a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns.

With a solid grasp of digital marketing tools including SEM, SEO, and paid social, you’ll be confident in using data to inform strategy and drive results. You’ll be a natural communicator—both written and verbal—with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative mindset.
