About the Role:

As an Environmental & Revegetation Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the planning, implementation, and delivery of revegetation and land restoration projects. You'll oversee end-to-end project execution, both in the office and on-site ensuring smooth operations, safety, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of environmental processes, fieldwork practices, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

  • Plan, schedule and deliver revegetation, landscaping and environmental offset projects.
  • Balance time between office tasks (planning, documentation, reporting) and field/site work (inspections, team coordination, quality control).
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines and deliverables to ensure efficient and successful outcomes.

Field & Site Management

  • Oversee site preparation, planting, weed control and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, compliance and safety standards are met.
  • Ensure implementation of environmental and WHS procedures on-site.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare project documentation including RFQs, scopes of work, project schedules.
  • Support the development and implementation of environmental management plans and safety documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of project activities, performance and outcomes.

Stakeholder & Team Engagement

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, local councils, and regulatory bodies.
  • Work closely with internal project teams to align resources and timelines.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is proactive and adaptable, who thrives in both office and out in the field settings. With a genuine interest in environmental restoration and confident in managing multiple priorities and engaging with diverse teams.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • At least 2 years' experience in environmental restoration, landscaping or natural area management.
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance, project planning, field operations and contractor supervision and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with site inspections, native plant ID, weed control and revegetation practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Qualifications & Licenses:

  • Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Horticulture or a related field.
  • WA Pest Management Technician Licence - Lawn, Gardens, Landscaping & Bushland.
  • Manual driver's licence.
  • Construction White Card.
  • Full working rights in Australia, with no restrictions.
