**Your Role.**
- To Coordinate day to day requirements of projects including coordination of tasks related to subcontracts and production team.
- To assist with estimation and tendering.
- Proactively Plan jobs to meet projects’ time and budget requirements
- Coordinate QC/AQ documents and maintain records of QA documents for both internal and external parties
- Build strong relationships with external and internal parties to assist in positive project outcomes
- Accurately Estimating costs for tenders.
- Contract planning and coordination, including sub-contractor coordination to ensure contracts are carried out in a professional and timely manner and within cost estimates
- Generate reports focusing on project progress, job status, and costs to present to management.
- Investigate issues that arise on site, elevate critical matters and keep relevant stakeholders updated
- Promote high safety standards on site and ensure all incidents and near misses are reported
- Coordinate site mobilisations e.g. medicals & qualifications
- Contribute to documentation of related processes and procedures

**To be considered for this role you should have**:

- Experience in a similar role (within the manufacturing, civil, and construction industries)
- Ability to juggle multiple, changing and conflicting priorities.
- Ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines
- Appreciation for systems and procedures, quality and assurance an advantage
- Advanced MS Office skills. i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word & Visio.
- Exposure to project document control systems and processes
- Ability to liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in the signage industry desirable.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
