The Opportunity
We are looking for an organised person to manage customer orders and plan maintenance schedules.
Reporting to the Customer Projects Supervisor, your position is to provide customer support by coordinating sales, planning & operations activities for reman components supply & shutdowns.
You will be the main contact for customers, making sure their jobs are delivered on time and to a high standard.
You'll also analyse and interpret production outputs and bottlenecks to receive orders, while working with internal regional support teams.
When problems come up, you'll help solve them quickly and keep both the team and customers updated.
This is a fast-paced role with plenty of variety, perfect for someone with scheduling or maintenance planning experience who enjoys working with people.
Schedule & Hours:
This role works on a 3 week rotation. You'll work 2 weeks 7:30am-3:30pm, and 1 week 9:00am-5:00pm

Welshpool (free onsite parking)

- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong working relationships
- A self-starter with a highly motivated and driven approach to balance the needs of the organisation and the customer
