About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the daily operations of the business, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will be the go-to person for a wide range of duties and will contribute to the smooth running of the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general administrative and clerical support, including answering and directing phone calls

  • Managing emails, scheduling jobs, and coordinating bookings and meetings

  • Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence

  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and records

  • Inventory of PPE, uniforms and office supplies

  • Fleet servicing and maintenance

  • Liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders

  • Supporting team projects and performing other ad-hoc tasks as required

  • Website updates, as well as other marketing and advertising tasks as instructed

  • Accepting and organising deliveries to the warehouse and office

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
