We are Australia's largest distributor of printable materials and consumables, including digital and specialty papers, packaging, labels, inks and wide format media and machines. Our customers are the leaders in the print and packaging world, and our Sales Support team are their front-line champions. We're looking for a highly organised[MZ1] and enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator to join us in a part-time, job-share role. If you love keeping things running smoothly, supporting a busy sales team and helping customers have a great experience, this is your chance to be part of a fun, dynamic, and supportive team.
The Role- Provide administrative and sales support to our team and customers.
- Respond to enquiries, process orders, and prepare quotations.
- Assist with ensuring smooth deliveries and excellent customer service.
- Learn and grow your knowledge of our diverse product range.
Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
Organised, reliable and a team player.
D365 knowledge – a big advantage
Experience in customer service and administration.
An interest in continuous improvement and exploring new systems
Tech confidence (Microsoft Office and beyond).
- 3 days per week, job-share position – flexible and supportive environment.
