  • Full Time - Flexibility to work from home (2 days office/ 3 days wfh)
  • Salary depending on experience - Up to circa $100k

The role?

  • Support the sales process from application through to settlement preparation to achieve new business targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for sales queries including quotes, credit applications, approvals, letters of offer, documentation and settlement preparation.
  • Provide a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders by ensuring accurate and timely completion of requests.
  • Proactively manage and follow up on the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare customer contracts and related documents.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy and customer service.
  • Process new client onboarding packs and manage general administrative tasks including filing and scanning.
