About the role

We are growing and seeking a Customer and Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Pharmaco (Australia) Ltd based in Chatswood, NSW. This newly created full-time role will be responsible for providing outstanding administrative and customer service support to our customers, clients and our sales team.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing customer support by handling inbound customer and client enquiries and orders via phone, email, and online channels and keeping customers up to date with deliveries
  • Responding to inquiries from healthcare professionals, pharmacies, wholesalers and patients regarding stock availability of our pharmaceutical and diabetes - related products
  • Processing, tracking and coordinating customer orders and deliveries, including raising Purchase Orders and managing these in our CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Maintaining customer records and databases in our ERP system and assisting our customers with account set up and ordering procedures
  • Assisting with sales reporting and data analysis
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team, including assisting with preparing tender submissions
  • Making outbound sales calls to drive and grow sales of our products
  • Collaborating with other Pharmaco ANZ departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience - at least a year - in a customer service, call centre, telephone sales or sales support role, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and a natural ability to build rapport and relationships
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other office productivity tools, with good data entry skills as well as strong numeracy and analytical skills so you can meet the requirements for reporting and data analysis
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, managing multiple tasks with a great 'can do ' attitude
  • Great problem solving skills and a quick learner with lots of initiative - a self starter
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to the overall success of the company
  • You must be legally able to work in Australia
  • You must have a valid Australian Driver's licence
