Location: Parramatta, Sydney (on-site)

The Role

As an IT Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role supporting our Sales and Marketing teams through the entire sales cycle—from quoting through to renewals. You'll thrive if you have a solid technical background and strong admin skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate hardware and software quotes
  • Process sales orders and manage invoicing
  • Manage hardware and software renewals to maintain client relationships
  • Maintain and update our CRM and quoting systems
  • Assist with proposals for projects and managed services
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Support lead generation campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to general IT projects and company-wide administrative tasks

What we're looking for:

  • Prior experience in an IT sales support, quoting, or sales administration role
  • Relevant IT knowledge or qualifications, with a strong understanding of IT systems and Microsoft 365 Cloud
  • Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and time management
  • Professional and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a target-driven environment
  • Australian Permanent Resident living in the Sydney region (on-site role)
