Code9 is a growing IT company specialising in professional IT services for small to medium businesses throughout Western Australia. Our Canning Vale office is seeking a candidate for an office administration role with diverse responsibilities.
About the role
To be successful in this role, it is important the applicant has accurate record keeping, spelling and grammar. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential. Excellent communication, a friendly phone manner and good sense of humour are also key personal skills for the role.
Job tasks and responsibilities
*Customer service – general phone duties, call handling, taking messages for the help desk team.
*Accounts - handle supplier invoices, communicate with clients regarding payments and invoices. General invoicing, receipting and banking.
*Administration - prepare reports, electronic filing and document management.
*Office management – general office supplies and mail duties.
*Stock control - procurement, purchase orders and maintaining hardware inventory levels.
*Client agreements – maintaining periodic client agreements, subscriptions and software license renewals.
Required skills
*Strong organisational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an excellent phone manner.
*Accurate record keeping, spelling and grammar.
*High attention to detail.
*Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
*Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
*Reliable and punctual.
*Must have own reliable vehicle plus drivers licence.
*WA police clearance.
Experience
*Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Experience with SharePoint and Teams would be beneficial but not critical.
