Administration & Sales Coordinator

We're a fast-growing B2B ecommerce business that imports and sells consumable products to industries across Australia. With a strong online presence and direct sales model, we pride ourselves on quality, reliability, and long-term customer relationships.

Our small, dynamic team handles everything from sales and marketing to inventory, freight, and operations. We're looking for a driven person to get involved in the administration of the business operations and product sales to join as our third team member. Someone who can multitask, take ownership, and genuinely enjoys helping small businesses grow. A B2B ecommerce all-rounder.

The Role

This is a hands-on, varied position that covers almost every part of the business - administration, sales, marketing, customer service, inventory, logistics, and operations. You'll work closely with the business owners to help grow the company, improve processes, and deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer enquiries, quotes, orders, and follow-ups
  • Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and emails
  • Prepare invoices, allocate payments, and assist with MYOB entries
  • Coordinate freight, courier bookings, and delivery documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers and monitor stock levels
  • Write and update website content, product listings, and categories
  • Applicants must be proficient in Canva, Mailchimp, ChatGPT, and the Adobe Suite, with the ability to design marketing materials, manage email campaigns, create written content, and produce professional-quality visuals efficiently.
  • Support Google Ads, SEO updates, and pricing analysis
  • Contribute to new product development and process improvements
  • Assist in the warehouse (picking, pallet wrapping, labelling, quality control)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm. No weekend work or Public holidays

About You
  • Have strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Enjoy customer contact and are confident on the phone
  • Have excellent attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Are comfortable with numbers (quotes, margins, freight, GP%, financial processes)
  • Have solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Canva, MYOB (or similar), Mailchimp, and Google tools
  • Take initiative and look for ways to improve systems
  • Have experience in ecommerce, wholesale, or small business operations
  • Are happy to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed
  • Be physically fit and able to handle manual handling tasks safely
  • Forklift ticket a plus, but not essential (willingness to get one)
  • Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
