About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in administration, offering a supportive environment and varied responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support across the office
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Maintain and update records and filing systems (both physical and digital)

  • Admin support to the Sales and estimating team – general, scanning, document filing, assisting with sales white board KPI's

  • Library maintenance and including library items from offices, scanning to Knowledge Base (if required).

  • General office tidiness – walk arounds – files away, chairs in place, whiteboard markers etc.

  • Handle incoming calls, redirect as necessary and take clear messages
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute accordingly
  • Assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Charity days tracking (Loud shirt day, Daffodil day, R U Okay day) – office fundraisers and morning teas, Key date emails: Remembrance Day

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to keeping busy and identifying tasks without instruction
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in an office environment is desirable but not essential
