WestAir Compressors is a wholly Australian owned and operated company which has been in the compressed air industry for over 25 years. We supply a comprehensive range of air compressors nationally to large and small businesses in the mining, manufacturing and farming industries.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Reception / Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our business and provide vital support across reception & administration
Key Responsibilities- Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, manage mail and deliveries.
- Office Administration: General admin support including filing, data entry, scheduling, and ordering office supplies.
- Dispatch: Book in all orders with relevant carriers.
- Service Co-ordination: Using SeviceM8 to schedule servicing.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence with Microsoft Office & ServiceM8
- Previous office or reception experience is desirable, but entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Professional phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
- Full-time role. Part time hours are also an option.
- Relaxed workplace in Canning location.
