Pinnacle Hire is seeking a driven and experienced National Water Treatment Engineer to contribute to our growth Australia Wide.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Branch Administrator to support daily branch operations through efficient administrative assistance, customer service, and inventory coordination. You'll work closely with managers and internal teams to maintain records, process financial tasks, and ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Assist the Branch and Regional Managers with preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
  • Accurately enter data into CRM and other systems to keep records up to date. Branch

Operations

  • Support inventory management, stock control, and supply chain coordination to ensure smooth branch operations.

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly, providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently.

Financial Management

  • •Assist with financial processes, including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and record keeping.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare regular reports and KPIs to monitor branch performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
