About Us

Instant Waste is Western Australia's largest privately owned waste management company. With a workforce of 300 and a fleet of 150 collection vehicles, we are a trusted leader in delivering reliable and sustainable waste solutions. Our continued growth has created an opportunity for a professional Sales Territory Manager to join our Business Development team.

The Role

As Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. Working across a diverse range of industries, you will represent Instant Waste as a strategic partner, delivering tailored waste management solutions that add value to our customers and support long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
  • Implement proven growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and retain a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring service excellence.
  • Build lasting relationships by understanding client needs and aligning solutions.
