About the Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Administration Officer with experience in the NDIS sector to join our team in Adelaide. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting our frontline teams so they can focus on delivering great outcomes for participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting employee intake and onboarding
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Managing appointments and scheduling
- Assisting with rostering
- Supporting day-to-day operational tasks as required
About You
We're looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and ready to grow. You'll bring:
- Experience in administration, ideally within the NDIS or community services sector
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- The ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with staff, participants, and stakeholders
- A proactive, team-focused approach and willingness to learn
