WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a dynamite Sales Consultant. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of customer applications, helping us move them through the sales pipeline, completing assessments and writing loans and, funding new loans.

Your typical day could include:

  • Calling leads to convert into applications, and follow up required loan documentation and information.
  • Communicating with applicants via phone and email
  • Completing assessments on submitted applications (loan writing)
  • Taking part in team meetings to understand and achieve daily and weekly team goals
  • Contributing to our fun and inclusive company culture

WHAT WE EXPECT

Achieve weekly and monthly targets and KPIs – kick your goals  

Work within current lending legislation and compliance requirements – follow the rules

Either have experience in loan underwriting or sales OR maybe you don't, and that's cool too – we'll teach you everything you need to know – the Rapid way.

Have high-level communication skills and be comfortable talking to customers on the phone.

Be a confident and happy communicator. 

Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
