Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Retail and trade customer sales
  • Estimating and completing building and landscaping take-offs
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift and manual handling
  • Ability to use sales techniques to increase our customer base
  • Effectively liaise with customers, suppliers and sales representatives
  • Ensure all duties are completed in adherence to all policies, systems and procedures

Work Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience in the landscaping or building is preferred
  • High level of negotiation skills
  • Ability to source and promote new products
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and the ability to create and modify spreadsheets using cell formulas and calculations
  • Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years' sales experience, preferably in retail or trade environments
  • Current Australian driver's licence
