We're looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our Whitsundays team. With strong enquiry levels, high-quality stock across popular models, and a supportive leadership team, you'll have everything you need to succeed — from day one. What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers in person, over the phone and online to understand their needs and match them with the right new or used vehicle

  • Provide exceptional product knowledge and vehicle demonstration

  • Assist with test drives and trade ins

  • Work closely with finance and aftermarket departments to deliver a seamless buying experience

  • Support the dealership's goals by following sales processes and achieving set targets

  • Represent our brand with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism


What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for customer service and a drive to succeed

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to learn quickly — full training provided for trainees

  • Good time management and organisational skills

  • Previous automotive sales experience is highly regarded but not essential

  • Current driver's licence.
