BRISBANE SOUTH BANK OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVES REQUIRED

This is a consultative outbound role focused on understanding each prospective student's goals and guiding them to a course that fits their aspirations. You'll analyse lead engagement, tailor follow-ups (automated + personalised), respond quickly to enquiries, and continuously refine your approach using CRM data. Success looks like strong conversion rates, clear reporting, and high-quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead management: prioritise by engagement & likelihood to enrol; fast responses across email/phone/IM
  • Consultative selling: uncover needs; articulate course value & outcomes; handle objections
  • Relationship building: consistent, supportive communication; use feedback to improve messaging
  • Performance & analysis: track interactions; learn from data; iterate to lift conversion
  • Collaboration: partner with Marketing; share conversion insights & suggestions

Key attributes

  • Experience in sales or customer service (education sector helpful)
  • CRM proficiency: segmentation, lead scoring, tracking experience using Sales Force
  • Clear, confident written & verbal communication
  • Proven consultative selling ability
  • Excellent organisation & time management

Comp & structure

  • Base: $60,000 + super (negotiable)
  • OTE: Up to $100,000
  • Contract: Temp-to-perm
  • Work mode: Remote for first 3 months, then hybrid 2–3 days office/week
