Working exclusively with BYD, we are looking for 2 x Sales team members.

1 x New Vehicle Sales Consultant, 1 x Sales Trainee Consultant who both can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer purchase experience at our world class facility, Automall West Indooroopilly.

Automall West is the next evolution of the automotive industry, enhancing and reinvigorating the customer journey with world-class facilities and immersive experiences, all in one location. Automall West has ten famous brands of gleaming new cars under one roof, inside Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. Changing the way customers purchase vehicles, by creating an enjoyable, non-pressured, memorable experience.

About this role:

  • Ensuring the Sales Process is followed from Lead Management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step
  • Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments – Finance and Insurance, Car Care
  • Building relationships with customers and potential customers
  • Managing vehicle deliveries
  • Understanding and being responsive to customer's needs with a "nothing is a problem" attitude
  • Ensuring customers have a memorable guest experience as they take possession of their brand new BYD Vehicle
  • Presenting yourself professionally

Must haves:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to meet KPI's and targets
  • Previous experience as Sales Consultant
  • Ability to perform in high pressure environments
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • A great attitude looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations whilst relishing challenge
