In this position you'll be selling the best product in the "WORLD" - FITNESS.

The role involves prospecting, touring, closing and getting referrals for future sales. You will actively seek new business for the club, representing the Gym in a positive and professional manner.

As a Membership Consultant your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team goals and targets as set out by the Directors and Club Managers.

To be successful you must:

  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in working to KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Have a passion for health and fitness
  • Enjoy helping people start their goals
  • Experience in Pro Active Lead Generation and outreach
  • Be seekingfull time workand able to work weekends
  • Be flexible with work hours and accommodating to a rotating roster
  • Be able to work alone as well as in a team environment
  • Sales training with loads more on the job training

We also provide our Membership Consultants with daily meetings & catch-ups, ongoing monthly sales training and quarterly awards and launches.
