Full Time Sales Consultant – Stroud Homes Gladstone

We're looking for a confident communicator who thrives on connecting with people to join our team at Stroud Homes Gladstone. This is a full-time role where you'll be working with people starting their new home journey, helping them explore options and guiding them through the process.

The role involves:

  • Responding to new enquiries and following them up
  • Preparing quotes and keeping details accurate and current
  • Creating and updating house & land package listings
  • Building connections with local agents and developers
  • Working with our admin and construction teams to support clients through their journey

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is genuine and approachable, with a natural way of making people feel comfortable
  • Is motivated, reliable, and focused on achieving results
  • Has a love for people (no experience needed)
  • Is willing to work weekends
