Job Description
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator / Training Administrator until Dec 2026 to join our major transformation program.
This critical role involves coordinating program activities with a strong focus on training logistics, scheduling, and administrative support, all while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
Working directly with the Program Manager and Change Lead, this position is ideal for someone with a strong operational mindset, keen attention to detail, and experience supporting large-scale change or training initiatives.
Day to day you will:
- Coordinate program activities with a focus on training logistics.
- Manage scheduling for various program and training initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the program.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Support the Program Manager and Change Lead directly.
- Handle logistics for large-scale change and training initiatives.
- Maintain an operational mindset with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in Project Support, Training Coordination, or Program Administration.
- Experience supporting transformation, change, or learning programs in large, complex organisations.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exposure to enterprise change or systems implementations (e.g., HRIS, ERP).
