We're working with a valued Managed Services Provider (MSP) delivering a
critical enterprise project
. They're urgently seeking an
adaptable Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager
to join on a
6-month contract
in Sydney. This role requires to commence ASAP

The Role

You'll provide day-to-day coordination while stepping into Junior PM responsibilities, supporting delivery and ensuring outcomes are achieved. This role offers the chance to broaden your experience on a high-profile project while working in a supportive MSP environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery activities and reporting
  • Support
    business analysis duties
    and documentation
  • Manage
    risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Run
    stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies
  • Confidently engage with stakeholders across the business
  • Track progress and updates through
    Jira

About You

  • Background as a
    Project Coordinator or Junior PM
  • Experience in ICT projects (enterprise preferred)
  • Familiarity with
    Agile (Scrum, Jira)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills
  • Adaptable and proactive mindset
