**The Role**

We are currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator in Sydney to assist in the coordination of our projects relating to both solar installations and Energy Efficiency upgrades under the NSW Energy Savings Scheme. This role will be part of the national team reporting directly to the General Manager, LEU.

This includes compliance and project officer coordination, invoicing clients, ordering products, stock management and contractor liaison

**The main responsibilities of the role are**
- Preparing the schedule of works
- Preparing project reports, material and related documents
- Ensuring quotes, invoices and variations are maintained
- Manage the ordering, organising and delivering of stock
- Onboarding of Installers
- Assisting Installers with compliance procedures on site
- Conducting on-site audits
- Dealing with disposals of unused stock, including stock take
- Working with and assisting the sales team
- Follow up on paperwork and relevant information

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Minimum 2 years’ coordinating, planning and supporting business projects for successful delivery
- Strong customer service focus
- Takes ownership for client issues whilst pursuing all avenues to ensure a satisfactory resolution
- Able to adapt to change and flexible in approach
- Independent worker with little need for supervision
- Demonstrate a positive and professional manner
- Well-developed planning and organisational skills including scope and schedule management
- Risk and Issue Management experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
