Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with resources, project managers, Business Services and Delivery Manager in relation to project timelines, resource allocations and requirements, invoicing and travel schedules
- Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders to create, improve, document, deliver and maintain internal processes and procedures
- Monitor and track progress on projects, communicate status to key stakeholders;
- Use project management tools to monitor and report on working hours, budgets, plans and costs on projects
- Financial Monitoring including reviewing the current and cumulative project labour hours and costs against the budget and amount of work completed
- CRM Updating and Order process ownership
- Data Entry into CRM system

**Requirements**:
About you:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Information Technology industry
- Proven ability to define detailed project requirements and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a small amount of technical understanding would be beneficial but not a requirement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to work in our Sydney office in a hybrid environment
