Great 12 month to longer term opportunity to join dynamic End User Infrastructure Services team working on large scale transitioning of managed services within the transport sector, based at Macquarie Park with flex/hybrid work conditions.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Provide a range of project support services, including coordinating, implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards

Coordinating project resources, ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements

Prepare and maintain briefs and reports and other project documentation for reporting

Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress

**Key Requirements**
- Project Management (hands-on) experience and knowledge (risks, issues, scheduling and requirements traceability etc.)- Experience in large, complex programs
- General communication and presentation skills
- Other EQ, personality traits
- Foundation in IT Project Management (with or working on Certification)
- Experience or exposure to transition program and/or a project that delivers a 'operational service/support tools outcome (ITSM/ITIL)'
- Experience in IT project coordinating a 'program delivery office' in a complex program transition program
