Aboriginal United Services (AUS) have an exciting new position for a Recruitment Client Manager for our growing Recruitment team.

AUS are seeking a driven and people-focused Recruitment Client Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong relationship-building skills and proven recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain candidates
  • Drive business growth through client satisfaction and repeat engagements
  • Mentor and support recruitment consultants to achieve targets and deliver results

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or client relationship management desired
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
- A proactive and results-driven approach
- Confident in building long-term client partnerships
- Understanding of recruitment systems and compliance
