Sales Specialist/Account Manager – Brahma Industrial & Caribee

Location: Alexandria, NSW

Employment Type: Full-time

Clipper International Corp. are seeking a driven Sales Specialist/Account Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will represent Brahma Industrial, a leader in industrial winter workwear along with Caribee, one of Australia's most trusted travel and adventure brands for over 60 years.

This is a rare opportunity to work across two dynamic brands in different industries helping to grow relationships, expand markets and deliver product solutions to both retail, corporate and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

With your primary focus on the industrial workwear market, key responsibilities would include and not limited to;

Develop new connections in addition to strengthening and maintaining strong customer relationships with retailers, B2B partners and corporate clients.

Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and exceed sales targets across retail, corporate and industrial accounts.

Identify new business opportunities with retail partners to expand product distribution.

Represent both Brahma Industrial (industrial workwear) and Caribee (travel, outdoor, adventure gear) at trade shows, industry events and retail partner meetings.

Act as a primary point of contact for retail partners, addressing product inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery of products.

Manage sales reporting, forecasting and pipeline product development.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics.

Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and opportunities to enhance our product offerings.

What we are looking for:

Proven sales track record – with measurable results in retail, wholesale or B2B environments.

Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience or account management within the workwear, PPE or industrial sectors is highly desirable.

Relationship builder – confident communicator with the ability to develop long-term partnerships.

Self-motivated & target-driven – thrives in an environment where initiative is rewarded.

Presentation & negotiation skills – able to influence at all levels, from retail buyers to procurement managers.

Problem-solving mindset – understands customer needs and the ability to deliver practical product solutions.

Organised & proactive – strong time management, reporting and follow-up skills.

Ability to travel for meetings, trade shows and events as required.

Areas Applicants Should Be Extremely Qualified In:

Sales Development & Account Management – demonstrated ability to secure and grow key accounts.

Retail & Distribution Channels – experience working with industrial retailers is highly desirable.

B2B / Industrial Sales – particularly in supplying PPE, workwear or equipment is a major advantage.

Market Growth & Territory Management – ability to open new doors and expand brand presence.

Negotiation & Closing – proven success in handling high-value orders and long-term contracts.
