Who we're looking for:

  • You've got 2-5 years of women's fashion retail experience and a proven ability to achieve results.
  • You're a natural connector, building genuine relationships with customers and your team.

What you'll do (and love):
  • Put the customer at the heart of everything you do, delivering exceptional experiences that keep them coming back.
  • Drive sales with energy and enthusiasm, smashing team targets and celebrating every win along the way.
  • Take ownership of key store metrics: sales, stock, and loyalty sign-ups , with a customer experience mindset.
  • Support your Store Manager and lead by example, ensuring daily tasks and responsibilities are completed with excellence.
  • Maintain store standards and execute Visual Merchandising with the support of a company directive.
  • Champion our customer experience framework, elevating every customer interaction
