WHO ARE YOU?

We are seeking a passionate and proven sales rock star to join our team  The person we are looking for has a strong track record of sales in B2C environments.

This is a warm calling role with lots of opportunities in the current pipeline.

You will champion our services  and solidify our position as the leader in thyroid and hormonal health by how you interact with our lovely prospective patients.

TO PERFORM WELL IN THIS ROLE:

• You must love talking to people and influencing others positively
• You will be making Phone Sales & Appointment Bookings. (This is NOT cold calling)
• Sales-Based Role so you must LOVE sales as well as be a good converter and be very confident in the consultative selling process
• You will be Positive and Open-Minded
• You are Competitive and Driven.
• You are happy to ask the tough questions and encourage people to take action when it comes to their health
• Experience in a health-related industry will be beneficial

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively and effectively engage with potential clients to promote and sell The Lucy Rose Clinic's suite of health and wellness services
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and bonus targets
• Converting The Maximum Number of Leads into sales (The Leads have booked a discovery call, are warm and given to you)
• Phone calling (warm leads only, no Cold Calling);
• Promoting The Lucy Rose Clinic Brand;
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities
• Pre-qualify and convert warm inquiries into sales with the prescribed script
• Overcome objections.
• Find opportunities with previously contacted warm leads and effectively convert them into sales.
• Follow the process flow of the leads from lead-in to complete booking.
• Collaborate and Communicate effectively with the existing sales & support team through the team online platforms.
• General administration and support

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales or consultative role, preferably within the health or wellness industry
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Follow a script without sounding like a robot
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Highly self-motivated and driven, with a passion for customer service and a commitment to achieving results
• Proficient in the use of CRM software and other sales-related technology
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Flexibility to work within a remote work environment

The majority of our patients are women and we see over 300 patients a week. We are a nationwide clinic with a state-of-the-art pathology laboratory. In fact, we are one of the only clinics in Australia that do our testing and treatment programs with laboratory-backed facilities. We are extremely passionate about identifying the underlying causes of our patient's ill health and treating the cause to get them well again.
