. This is a unique opportunity to join a business that plays a pivotal role in helping Australian companies reduce operational costs and move toward more sustainable energy practices.
As a
SME
Sales Consultant
you will act as a key point of contact for both new and existing clients, engaging in meaningful conversations around their current energy usage and identifying opportunities for improvement. Drawing on your industry knowledge, you'll assess individual business needs and recommend energy plans through alternative providers that deliver tangible cost savings.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales, values long-term client relationships, and is motivated by both individual and team success within a supportive, high-performing environment.
What's in it for you?
- $65,000 - $75,000 + Super (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped commission (OTE $85,000)
- Monday to Friday | Hybrid work model

What do you do?
- Make outbound B2B phone calls to businesses to speak about energy plans and where savings can be made
- Grow your portfolio by prospecting new clients and nurturing existing SME accounts
- Liaise with major energy retailers to broker competitive deals, recommending the best fit solutions to meet the customer's needs
- Build a steady pipeline of clients through effective pipelining
- Accurately manage client information and sales activity through CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and activity targets
- Represent business at various energy exhibitions and conference (as required.
What do you need?
- 1+ years Sales experience within Energy Industry (desired, not essential)
- Experience in fast paced admin or sales environment including face-to-face and phone-based sales
- Attention to detail & positive attitude
- Sound understanding of the sales process
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office
