Our beautiful Studio Pilates Richmond is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join its team on a casual basis.
THE ROLE
As Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in the growth of Studio Pilates Richmond. You will be energetic and driven to share your love for Studio Pilates and the health and wellness benefits of pilates.
In this role, you will work closely with the Franchisees to:
● Spearhead and drive studio sales
● Manage and implement local marketing campaigns
● Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
● Be confident to call unconverted leads on a daily basis and regularly contact both current and lapsed clients to increase studio client retention and sales
The perfect candidate for this role will:
● Have previous sales or customer service experience
● Have a positive "can-do" attitude, a passion for helping people and building strong relationships
● Ideally have experience with a range of software systems, such as Word, Excel, Google Docs, Gmail and MindBody Online
This is a busy role that will require exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and be pro-active. Utilising your inspiring influencing skills over the phone, you will spearhead the sales for Studio Pilates Richmond and play a pivotal role in its ongoing success.
Hours are flexible for the right person with hrs per week available.
