Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Melbourne, VIC. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing expert consultation on our products. Day-to-day tasks will include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable fabric and componentry solutions for their blinds and curtains. The Consultant will also manage sales documentation and support the customer service team as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Knowledge of the textile industry, particularly blinds and curtains, is advantageous
