Senior Automotive Sales Consultant – Southland Chery Cheltenham

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Consultant who's passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving results.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's ready to step into a more senior role and develop into a 2IC, supporting the Sales Manager in leading the team and shaping the future of the dealership.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engaging customers in the showroom and online to understand their vehicle needs
  • Presenting Chery's innovative vehicle range in a professional and consultative manner
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process, including test drives, trade-ins, and finance referrals
  • Hitting sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally at a senior level
  • Passion for the industry and a customer-first attitude
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
  • Well-presented, professional, and a team player
  • Leadership potential with a desire to grow into a 2IC position
  • Current driver's licence
