About the Role
We are a leading demolition company specialising in domestic and commercial demolition projects with offices located in Campbellfield, Victoria. Immediate start available.
This business has long been established and are going through a growth phase due to our continued success.
Working closely with other office staff and you will work across;
- General Customer Service
- Tidy up e-files and manage digital customer management system
- Scan and correctly save important documents
- Inbox & Diary Management (Microsoft Calendars)
- Preparing & Updating the Demolition Schedule
- Apply for S29a through Council Portals
- Apply for Demolition Permits with the Building Surveyors.
- Booking appointments for trades
- Answering phone calls
- Data entry
About You
For fulfilment of this role you will possess;
- Experience within an administration role – project management experience or interest is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly computer literate on MS Suite, Google Docs, Dropbox.
- A high attention to detail
- The ability to work towards deadlines
- Be responsible and take ownership of the role
- Be able to plan, organise and multi task effectively
- Possess the ability to work within a team environment
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will benefit from;
- A remuneration package upwards of $21/hr+ superannuation for an initial 4 month engagement with the genuine view to turn permanent
- Onsite parking is available.
