
Receptionist/administrator

This role will see you being the first point of contact for all customers within the workshop and we are seeking someone who can being able to meet and greet our customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring we provide that all-important joyful experience.
You will be a very important part of the team, so we need someone with great communication skills.
In this critical role you will be responsible for a variety of functions:
- Phone and front desk reception duties
- Meet and greet our customers
- Ensure each and every customer is attended to quickly and professionally
- Administrative duties
- Setting and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the office.
- Strong communication skills
- Professional presentation
- A mature and positive "can-do attitude"
- Calm & measured under pressure
- Flexibility to assist our customers’ needs
- Ability to Multitask and prioritise
- Reliability is an absolute must
- Strong PC skills
