We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day office tasks. This role is ideally suited for someone looking for flexible hours that fit around school drop-off and pick-up times.
About the Role
The Admin Staff role will involve handling general office duties, assisting management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. With approx. 5 hours per day, Monday–Friday, hours can be negotiated to fit school schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Data entry and maintaining records
- Assisting with invoicing, orders, and reporting
- Filing and organising documents
- Supporting management with general administration tasks
- Providing friendly and professional customer service when required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration or office support (preferred)
- Confident with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Interest or knowledge in caravans, camping, or the outdoors (preferred)
What We Offer
