A little bit about the role
Provide administrative and project support to the Governance and Legal department including purchase orders, payments, correspondence, records management, and meeting coordination
Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries professionally and efficiently
Assist with civic event organisation, councillor expense processing, and departmental reporting
Maintain systems and procedures to ensure compliance with Council policies and legislative requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and support the department's strategic goals
A little bit about you
To succeed in this role you will bring~
Demonstrated experience in administration, preferably in governance or a similar environment
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a proactive and professional approach
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in Oracle Finance is highly desirable
