Help make a positive difference by supporting residents, businesses, and community groups in the delivery of Permits and Registrations.

About the role

Reporting to the Team Leader Permits and Registration, key duties include~

  • Review and assess permit applications.

  • Deliver a first-class customer experience that is timely, proactive and thorough.

  • Consult across the department and other directorates to obtain specialist referrals.

About you

Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally.

  • Ability to interpret legislation and apply it to varying circumstances to reach a decision in line with council policies.
