About the RoleWe're looking for a Clinical Operations Administrator to join our growing Australian clinical team. This part-time role plays a pivotal part in supporting our echocardiography operations, both onsite and remotely. You'll work closely with Sonographers, Cardiologists, clinic staff, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes - ensuring seamless coordination, efficient scheduling, and outstanding patient and customer support.
As CardioScan continues to expand, this position has strong potential to transition into a full-time opportunity.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide essential administrative support – Be the central point of contact for clinical, operational, and customer enquiries, managing bookings, patient scheduling, billing data, and phone support for clinics and patients.
Coordinate scheduling and rostering – Help maintain and optimise staff and patient schedules, ensuring coverage across clinics and quick adjustments when needed.
Optimise workflows – Partner with Echocardiographers and operational staff to streamline processes, delegate routine tasks, and minimise administrative load on clinical teams.
Maintain documentation – Support the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across clinical operations.
Contribute to innovation – Identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall quality of service delivery.
