Job Description

What you'll do

As an Account Manager, you'll build strong phone-based relationships with dealers, offering tailored solutions that drive value, product adoption, and long-term growth for both clients and carsales.

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Analyse dealer performance and market data to deliver ROI-driven insights and solutions.
  • Demonstrate and support best practice use of the carsales product suite.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and customer success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipelines, and support revenue and retention targets.
  • Respond to dealer queries, identify training needs, and support product adoption
Qualifications

What are we looking for? 

We're looking for someone proactive, commercially astute, and an excellent phone communicator. You'll also need a strong passion for our digital sectors, staying current on market trends.

  • Demonstrated success in either a phone-based sales, customer service or account management consistently meeting targets.
  • Exemplary and professional communication
  •  High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on customer outcomes and business goals
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce a bonus.
