Role Description

This is a full-time, autonomous Account Manager position based in Brisbane, QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently maintaining and growing client relationships, managing accounts, coordinating with transport teams, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, preparing detailed reports, developing strategic initiatives to enhance client services, and monitoring the progress of freight deliveries. The role requires a high degree of self-motivation, initiative, and accountability.

  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Proven account management and strategic planning abilities
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the transport or logistics industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency with account management software and tools
